Michelle Hrycauk Nassif is the Founder of I AM A Feminine Leader, helping women “Identify, Articulate, and Embody” their unique feminine leadership style so they can project their leader's voice, transform lived experiences into powerful lessons, and take inspired action – all with the goal of creating a more meaningful lives for themselves and their families.
As a stay-at-home mom turned Founder, Michelle transitioned back into the workforce during the pandemic and knows intimately the struggles all parents face with managing career and home life.
Through coaching, mentorship, and her I AM Editorials project, Michelle encourages both women - and men - to connect intimately with their feminine power.
Michelle and I first met in 2019 when she was leading a group of Administrative Professionals from her Edmonton home. We have since become great friends and unshakeable allies.
Our conversation was recorded from her new home in Puerto Rico just as she started an “intentional pause” from social media in early December.
She may be on a pause from posting publicly but Michelle’s purpose as a connector is clear, and – as you’ll hear – her passion for leaders to support the “connectors” on their teams is strong.
